About Attorney Robert M. Marasco, Esq.
I have proudly represented Brevard County citizens for more than three decades. I am an experienced trial litigator. I represent local, out of county and out of state residents in DUI, criminal defense, divorce, family law, paternity, juvenile and personal injury matters. I have handled more than 7,000 cases, 500 criminal jury trials and 1,500 family law non-jury trials.I have filed numerous criminal, divorce and family law appeals in the Fifth District Court of Appeal. I have written appellate briefs and argued cases before the Fifth District Court of Appeal in Daytona Beach, Florida.
I am a member in good standing of The Florida Bar Association, Brevard County Bar Association, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Family Law and Criminal Law sections of The Florida Bar.
I received my Juris Doctorate from Florida State University Law School in 1982. I graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in political science and a minor in philosophy from Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA.
About Brittany Rhyne
Law has always been one of my many interests. I was a legal assistant for this law office from 2007-2009 while I obtained my Associate of Arts degree from Brevard Community College.I have resided in Brevard County my entire life. I returned to this law office shortly after graduating from the University of Florida (UF). My responsibilities include typing pleadings and attorney/client correspondence, e-filing documents and fielding new and existing client telephone calls. I manage appointments and maintain Mr. Marasco’s schedule. I work on special projects as assigned by him.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a minor in Communication Studies from UF. I was a student reporter in Gainesville, Florida. I had the opportunity to study abroad in Italy while obtaining my degree.
